Dr Ricardo Akstein is a knowledgeable, patient, qualified physician. He takes his time to explain procedures. He doesn't rush each patient just to fill a quota, but each patient is treated with care and respect. He is humble, yet well experienced. His staff was pleasant from the front desk to the technicians.Yes, there is a bit of a wait, but its because he is the only physician in the office, and he does not hurry his patients. I have been a patient of Doctor Akstein for almost Eighteen years.
His care for his patients and the importance for his patients is the highest priority .
Doctor Akstein treated my Daughter years ago , also my grandchildren .
They’re all adults now ; when they heard l going through Glaucoma and Cataract surgery, they knew I was treated by the best.
I just can’t say enough Thank you’s to Doctor Akstein and all his staff, which are amazing and warm and welcoming

Not sure why this establishment has such a low score but I can tell you, Dr. Akstein is “A1”. I’ve been going to his office for years now. He is extremely thorough and knows his stuff. I recently had cataract surgery and I was very impressed with the pre and post op service, as well as the surgery itself. The space is nice and clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful too.
I would absolutely recommend Akstein eye center for your ophthalmology needs.
