I used their services several months ago to fit every single window in my house with removable window screens. They arrived to my house on the scheduled date and the schedule time of the appointment, were very courteous and friendly, and efficiently took measurements of each of my windows for custom window screen fabrication. About a week later, I was notified that my window screens had been built to the exact specifications for each of my windows, and a few days after that, each of the window screens were installed without issue. The window screens are of high quality and came at an amazing price! They have been perfect for letting us keep the windows open when we are having great weather here in Atlanta and refreshing the house. Thank you Parker & Son!”

“Harden is awesome! She is patient and informative. We had a third party radon short-term and long-term test in 2021. The short-term returned at 27.6 pCi/L and the long-term at 12.1 ± 1.6 pCi/L. These results are horrifying! After some research on mitigation specialists, I decided on Smart Space Atlanta. Within 48 hours after installation of the mitigation system, which was pretty much custom since I requested they conceal the system running it through my floors and ceiling versus outside alongside my house, my radon average was 0.3. Fast forward to two years later, I tested two separate areas of the basement with short-term test conducted by Alpha Energy Labs. The room furthest away from the mitigation system returned at Less than 0.9 pCi/L and the main area of the returned at less than 0.7 pCi/L. These are pretty amazing results! “The townhouse we bought several years ago already had imported exterior doors with multi-point locks. The locking mechanism on some of the doors became inoperable over time, and we recently had Tom Scardino come evaluate the issue. The company was easy to work with in setting up the appointment, and Tom was extremely nice and knowledgable when he was in our home examining the troublesome doors, pointing out to us why the locks were not engaging. He thought his repairman would have to remove the locking systems from the problem doors and perhaps use replacement parts, so the offer to do the repair work was therefore costly, but we accepted because we didn't know of another good option in our area. The repair work was promptly scheduled, and the repairman showed up on time and was extremely nice and competent. He was able to repair all the doors quickly and without removing the hardware or using any replacement parts. Because the repair took so little time and did not require any new hardware, Scardino Doors offered to return half of the deposit and not charge the remaining amount due. It was a very generous gesture and we appreciate their taking the initiative to charge an amount that was commensurate with the service provided. We recommend them highly.”
