The owner is super professional. I had a misunderstanding with another owner that rents out his garage and even though he had nothing to do with my bad customer service experience with Ross Tinting Co. he apologized for my experience. I will use this business in the future. His response shows he really cares about his customers.

I had a great experience at this tint shop! Mike was very pleasant over the phone, and Pierre did amazing on my tint! He was nice, personable, professional, quick, yet still diligent with his work! Pierre made sure I got the tint appropriate for me and what I was looking for. He also made sure I was happy with the results and let me know he’d still be a resource to me in the future if I had any questions or concerns. Best tint shop in the city!
