You can buy your door from them and it’s ok looking. Their customer service (I believe the daughter of the original owner) is non existent. But once you pay for the door that is it. Even if they make a mistake. Even if parts of the expensive door break down. You will not hear from
Them they don’t answer calls the don’t service their product and they do not stand behind their work. Not worth the money or the headache to deal with this extremely unprofessional company

The doors are fantastic and while the job was in progress everything was great. Issues arose after installation. The finish got scratched during installation and it took weeks for anything to be done about it. One of the knobs also broke and we never got a return call. Luckily the knob manufacturer was aware that scardino’s after care is lacking and was cool with working with end user directly.

The townhouse we bought several years ago already had imported exterior doors with multi-point locks. The locking mechanism on some of the doors became inoperable over time, and we recently had Tom Scardino come evaluate the issue. The company was easy to work with in setting up the appointment, and Tom was extremely nice and knowledgable when he was in our home examining the troublesome doors, pointing out to us why the locks were not engaging.
