“Quinn Windows just replaced all our windows and entry doors. They look incredible! I don't think we are going to put back up any window treatments. And it was done in a little over 2 days. In addition, they changed a door into a window and our main entry door from one door with side lights and a transom to two doors without side lights or transom. Everyone was so easy to work with. What I most appreciate, though, is that I lost my mom during the process. Even though they were ready to install everything, they let us wait more than two weeks, so I had time to grieve a little and get things in order for my dad. I can't thank them enough for that. They were professional and polite, and cleaned everything up each night when they were done. “This cute little fast talking lady had me sold before I knew what was happening. I clicked on a button that insinuated I could get free windows, but was directed to Renewal by Andersen. Then came the phone call and the appointment schedule. These people move fast. Then Miss K arrives. Let me tell you. She is an excellent sales representative. She was not aggressive or “pushy” in any way. She made me believe I needed new windows, when I was only interested because I thought they were free. She accommodated my every concern. She really bragged about the excellent workmanship I would be getting. I shared with her that I have had many bad experiences in the past. The measurement process was very smooth. Thank you. I was skeptical about the blinds fitting in the space that the very thick windows would leave me. Another representative came to my house and physically showed me how they would fit and left no doubt. Then came the day. The technicians, there were 2 of them, one inside and the other outside. They worked non-stop, except for lunch, from 8:30am to almost 7:00pm, completing 10 windows. They cleaned up every piece of trash that was created, inside and out. The field manager checked in and was very polite and kind. He later came back to reinforce one of the blinds that was replaced. My house looks like a new house inside and out, just from new windows. Not only are they all professional people, but the work crew they enlisted was top notch. Can’t wait for my next project. Keep it going you guys. Thank you for a very enjoyable experience. Mr. Willie Wilson took care of my dad’s door install, and he did an excellent job! Very knowledgeable about what he does. He was even accommodating for our schedule and came on Father’s Day weekend. I used their services several months ago to fit every single window in my house with removable window screens. They arrived to my house on the scheduled date and the schedule time of the appointment, were very courteous and friendly, and efficiently took measurements of each of my windows for custom window screen fabrication. About a week later, I was notified that my window screens had been built to the exact specifications for each of my windows, and a few days after that, each of the window screens were installed without issue. The window screens are of high quality and came at an amazing price!
