BFS stands for exactly what you think it does! The WORST dispatcher imaginable and the worst execution I’ve ever seen. These people have come out FOUR separate times to fix a door and three of those times they brought the wrong part. Twice we had the installer confirm the job as done when it was still broken. Then the dispatcher tells us she doesn’t know what kind of door we have LOL. These people are not cut out to do work for you I am giving you a warning, go literally anywhere else for whatever it is that you need. If it involves doors, run far far away from this place. They’re terrible

The logistics of this company makes no sense. Ever since Builder First Source bought out BMC no location has everything you need. It’s also ridiculous that Home Depot is consistently cheaper than a supply house. Builders definitely keep this place alive, don’t bother unless you have a huge account with discounts.

Horrible company. Avoid like the plague!

Beware of some of their sales representatives, particularly Daniel O'shea who is outright terrible, arrogant and inept. They will connive to deceive customers, attempt to forcefully sell and impose items not required and swindle you, if you're not careful.

When their antics are identified and they can't have their way, they will stop responding to messages, not pick phones or communicate, specifically Gerald Barnes.

Worst of all, they try to toss unsuspecting customers around, dodge responsibility and repeatedly lie about everything when you call the company or their so-called representatives. Don't waste your...read full review
