“I was happy to see this location open up right next to Panda Express in the same plaza as Target, Publix, etc. My hubby was experiencing some blurriness in his vision and wanted to get checked out, so we decided to try here. He had 20/20 all his life, so we definitely wanted to rule any issues out. I had booked the appointment for a Monday, early afternoon. When we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly. We were the only customers at the time, so I highly recommend that time slot if you can make it. All of the staff are very friendly and explain things clearly. My hubby had a great experience. Dr. Natu was so great and really took his time helping us understand what might be going on. We left with two pairs of glasses and if you have a simple prescription like my hubby, I would say definitely take advantage of the deals they have. Overall, this experience was leaps and bounds better than my experience at the Dunwoody location a couple years ago. The doctor and staff here are excellent and seem to have more patience, compassion, and professionalism than at the other location I'd been to. I would highly recommend coming here if you have any eye issues you need to get checked out or if you're shopping for glasses.“

“I made an appointment for a very overdue eye exam at what I thought was this location. Turns out I made it at another location and didn't have one here but they accept walk ins which was great! There was also an issue with my insurance and the staff/office manager/Dr. Choe *all* helped me get a hold of who I needed to speak to so that I didn't have to pay full price. Dr. Choe is so lovely and very knowledgeable. My exam was super quick and painless, definitely opt in for the retinal scan if you're able to! I picked out new glasses and the opticians at the counter were really nice too. HSA is accepted here as well if you have that option through work! Highly recommend this location and staff“

At Family Eyecare of Roswell the staff is AS amazing as the Dr himself. “After much hesitation and a lot of research I decide to go and have a LASIK evaluation. I had many questions for Dr. Ashraf and he answered all of them without rushing me or making me fell pressured. I had Lasik surgery and I was recently at Atlanta Vision for my 6 months Post Op. visit Everything is great : I am contact lens free at last and I can enjoy my bike rides and swims without having to worry I might loose my contacts. There were places closer to me but I opted for Ferdon because my insurance provider gave additional discounts as it is a “Signature” location—and it looked like a wonderful office (as opposed to some other local ones under my provider).EVERYONE was friendly. The office looks great. My exam was quick. Thankfully, I was able to communicate via email regarding scheduling during a very busy work day. They even helped me pick out my glasses since I couldn’t decide (they have a great selection). My new glasses arrived faster than expected and work just as intended (hardly the same experience at my last provider, which didn’t do nearly as much before ordering to ensure a good fit).I hadn’t had an exam for quite a few years and was dreading going.
