“This review is for the crawl space encapsulation service. If you are even considering it, my first recommendation is to do it, it is definitely worth it for so many reasons. My second recommendation would be to call Dallas and his team at Clean Crawl Space. Don't even bother calling anyone else, I did, you'll just be wasting your time and money. They are a family owned business that really cares about their customers 100%. I had a lot of work done as my crawlspace was just a complete mess, I really didn't think anything could be done fix it. I worked with them for about a month to customize the right package me because they have so many options and services so I wanted to make sure I got it right because it is a pretty big investment and it's your home so you better get it right the first time. Truth of the matter is, it's the best investment I made, not only in terms of what was performed, but by who. I had a couple of issues after it was completed, but they came out every time, never blew me off and fixed everything. Right now, my crawlspace, even in the cold & dampness of the mountains, my average temp is 65 and humidity is 47%. Consistently!
