Great and knowledgeable service. One major disappointment is with the Trane unit installed three years now and had two major part failures (evap coil) and cause the Freon to link out. Unfortunately Dalton Heat and Air does not pass this cost and labor on to Trane. The customer has to pay for Trane’s poor quality.

Excellent! Your technician was punctual and did a great job in servicing our unit. He took time to explain everything he had done and educating me on zones and maximizing on efficiency.An extremely polite young man whom I highly recommend! He will definitely be doing our Spring service!

The Technician Kevin Bode that came out gave us a quote, and 24 hrs later he came back and fixed the issues we had with our heat/air system! He was polite and very knowledgeable. His quote was better than we had expected! I would definitely recommend this company again and again!!
