Me and my wife have used Israel now for almost 10 years. Israel is as good as they come. I've had several situations in the past to where he made time out of his busy schedule to come resolve our issue. He's dependable, honest, and have no problems recommending him. If you want someone that you can trust, go with Israel. Otherwise, there is no way that me and my wife would still be using him after all these years with all the competition out there.

Israel has helped us with our HVAC units on numerous occasions; from offering maintenance advice, to replacing a whole a/c coil. After learning about him from our neighbor, he is now our go-to HVAC professional! We have some older units on the roof of our townhome, but we are able to keep them in tip-top shape with Israel's help. He is also very responsive and honest.

Had our heating go out over the holiday and Israel came to our rescue. Our blower motor died and he installed a brand new one same day. He was very polite and answered all of my questions with a smile. It was a very fair price for parts and labor. I will absolutely use Mora Heating and Air as long as I live in the area.
