Mora Heating & Air was able to squeeze us into the schedule when our A/C stopped working on a hot summer day. Israel promptly responded to my voicemail via text. Communicative and straightforward!

We discussed the suspected issue of a blown capacitor, and he provided a quote for the fix. A technician was able to come and replace the broken part just a few hours later.

The technician was knowledgeable but did not speak English. He used a translator app that worked very well and called Israel when there were questions he could not answer.

Cons: accepts limited forms of payment methods (cash and Zelle)

I really liked working with Mora Heating & Air. the technician was on time. in my case, he came the same day that I called. They were very thorough and took the time to explain my system, how it worked and what was wrong with it. these are good honest people who want to do a good job and treat people right. I think the price was good and competitive.
