I needed a new specific brand of smart thermostat to replace one that died. Unfortunately this particular brand of thermostat is not available at Home Depot, Lowes, etc. I needed to get it replaced urgently for several reasons. I swapped voicemails and several texts with Israel and he found a supplier that had one in stock and arranged for me to pick it up so I could install it myself. I offered to pay him for helping me out of the jam but he refused to accept anything! He will definitely be the guy I call when I have another HVAC need come up.
I have used Mora Heating and Air for many years both for system maintenance and repair. Israel and his team are professional, hard working,, honest and wonderful to work with. 10/10 recommend Mora Heating an Air.
Israel and his crew did wonderful work for us! They have done yearly AC inspections for us in the past, and now have replaced our unit. They quote fair pricing, and they make sure the work is done completely and correctly. The entire crew is respectful and hard working. BONUS- Israel even personally leant us his dehumidifier to help the air in our home to improve. He truly cares about his work and clients and is a wonderful person! We highly recommend using Mora!
