can't say enough about chris at moody. he saved the day. i got another company six months ago to install two new systems. while i thought the company did a great job with the quality of installation (which they did overall), there were two parts of the installation that the last company did that led to a little bit of some condensation down the line in the set and the pvc pipe that runs from the attic to the basement. chris was able to identify the issue quickly and even ripped out the old insulation for us, giving us a ton of peace. the technicians at moody are incredibly trained, attentive, and personable and i would highly recommend them for any hvac work you need in kennesaw, ackworth, quartersville, or the surrounding areas.
These boys answered the phone at 10:30 pm on a Friday night and had our system up and running by lunch the following day. Very professional, great pricing, hard to beat B&L.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Lee. From the very beginning, he was honest, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly kind. His dogs are beautiful, well-loved dogs, and it was obvious how much care and dedication Lee has given them throughout their lives.
Unfortunately, after bringing them home, we realized that two very large dogs simply weren’t the right fit for our family at this stage with two very young children. That was entirely about our family’s circumstances—not the dogs. Making that decision was absolutely heartbreaking.
When we reached out to Lee, he responded with nothing but compassion, understanding, and grace. He immediately reassured us, agreed to take them back, and made an incredibly difficult situation so much easier. That kindness meant more to our family than he probably realizes.

My friend and I went to get affordable nail service and we got much more!! The crew there was so friendly and hilarious. The service was amazing and pedicures looked and felt so good! Pedi was 45 and that’s considering they gave a long massage and and foot care! It was 30 for a regular pedicure and 15 extra for gel which is fantastic!
I booked a gel manicure with Maci and she did amazing!! She took her time making sure everything was perfect with each nail, had me verify I thought everything looked good before applying the top coat, and was super easy to chat with during the appointment!

My pedicure was great as always! But I decided to try gel x and unfortunately I’m not as happy as I’d like to be. The gel is see through in some spots. It isn’t evenly painted at all. It almost looks like there’s dips, lumps and bumps in my nails.
My wife and I tried a new to us place for pedicures today in town close to us. We had a great experience and got to know the owner. They did a great job and was very reasonable compared to every other place we have visited. Which we have been to at least 4 or 5 other places. I feel we have found a new home. I’m a hair stylist of 18+ years so when I decided I wanted hair extensions I knew exactly who to go to. Everyone in the hair industry knows Mandy is the one to go to for extensions. She is extremely educated and educates you on everything you’ll need to know about taking care of your extensions. She not only color matched my extensions and natural hair perfectly but she also matched the texture of my hair which gave me a seamless blended look. My color was also perfect!

Got an amino acid treatment done and I am loving it. My hair is manageable and I didn't have to use a bunch of chemicals.. Sharon is amazing. So kind and personable. A true full service hair stylist. She's also done several of my sew ins and I'm always so satisfied.
Requested style: I had a relaxer at one point but stopped getting them during pregnancy. After having my baby I told Sharon I wanted to help me manage my hair. She suggested an amino acid treatment. It is a smoothing treatment. The overall process did not take long. She applied a foam and then let it process, washed and conditioned me then blew my hair out and flat ironed it.
She has been taking care of my mother’s hair for years! She knows what looks good on her! Thank you Jo Anne!

Our first time walking in the office, we met Maria, she was patient and always attentive to us over the entire year that our home was being built. Scott Homes Inc built our home 6 years ago and when we decided to finish our basement, Jay Scott was the only one we even considered for the job. The professionalism the Scott Homes team brings to the job is without question. From recommending an architect to help us get our vision on paper to sitting down with us and going over the cost of the project, Scott Homes was there with us. All the contractors Scott Homes uses are superior. They were all very respectful of our property and did excellent work. A remodeling project is probably one of the most difficult because you have to deal with living in your home at the same time. Simply The Best !!
We had a difficult project for our property. We had severe flooding and drainage issues. There is a steep hill on the property that is very difficult to reach with equipment and adjustments to the property affects the neighbors which makes the situation even more complicated.
You have to understand, as a new homeowner I know nothing about such things. I called Billy first since his business was local. He was very honest with me and said the situation is complex. He walked me through the next steps I should take including obtaining the plat and engineering plans from the county, discussing with an attorney, landscape engineer, our HOA, and the city/county about the situation to see if a broad, multi-property stormwater drainage solution is required. All of this was way over my head but thankfully Billy walked me through it and provided me with contacts to call for more information. All of this time and advice without charging me a nickel.
During this time I spoke with a lot of landscapers, landscape architects, engineers, contractors, and others. I got lots of quotes, plans, ideas, engineering drawings, and more things I will not pretend to understand. Through all of that Billy stood out as the most transparent and pragmatic person who genuinely just wanted to help us get our problems sorted out, even if it didn't end up giving him any business.
So after about a year of chasing all that down, once it became clear what needs to be done with the property, I immediately contacted Billy to do the job. He came out to the property again. We came up with a plan together. He sent me a quote. And within a couple of months, the project was done. The quote was extremely transparent and there were no additional or unexpected costs. His team did a wonderful job and were extremely professional.
There are some other reviews that criticize Billy for delays or punctuality. I did have to contact him or Nancy a few times to get things moving. But usually delays were because of logistical issues (rain, issues with banking/payment systems, etc), and they were always quick to get back to me and keep me updated on the progress.
If you want an honest no-BS landscaping company who you can trust to give you good advice, not rip you off, and do professional work then give Billy a call.

Candy was able to get me in the very next day, which I was so thankful for. Andrea, my hygienist, was incredible and made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Dr. Sky was also amazing - very informative, kind, and thorough. They even sent me home with things to help my swollen gums.

I was extremely anxious the entire visit and Dr. Sam was so amazing. He went through and explained everything to me and answered all of my questions and did everything in his power to ease my pain and stress. My favorite thing he did was when he knew I was uncomfortable, he was humming to try to distract me from what was happening. Ary/Ari his assist was so sweet and wonderful. My procedure was god awful, but the way they treated me will make me come back and take care of the rest. I am incredibly thankful for how much they helped me.

Dr Richard Moore has been our vet for almost 20 years. Across these years he has assisted us in keeping our total of 3 dogs healthy and happy. My husband and I trust Dr Moore’s judgement, his kindness and compassion is throughout the entire staff.

They were able to see us same day, the front staff was so friendly and courteous.

I cannot express the depth of my gratitude to Cartersville Animal Hospital for the extraordinary care they provided to my dog, Bambino, during the most horrific moment of our lives. We were attacked by two unleashed pit bulls in Cartersville, and Bambino was gravely injured.
He underwent three major surgeries and was truly fighting for his life.
From the moment we arrived, the entire staff showed compassion, urgency, and professionalism. They kept me informed every step of the way, explained every procedure in detail, and treated Bambino as if he were their own. In one of the most brutal and emotionally devastating moments l've ever experienced, they gave me hope and comfort when I desperately needed it.
Their dedication, skill, and genuine care are the reason Bambino is still here with me today. I will forever be grateful for the love and lifesaving work they provided. Cartersville Animal Hospital is a blessing to this community, and I recommend them with all my heart. ♥️

I have been coming to Gail for massage therapy for many years. She does a wonderful job. One thing I really like about her is when she works on me if I forgot to tell her a particular area (leg, hip, etc.) is bothering me she is so skilled she finds it. I had been to several places around Cartersville before I found her and she is by far the best.
My one and only place to go and relax !

This place is great. The ladies here give great firm massages and always work the nots out of my back and shoulders. The rooms are always clean and will only charge you for the services you want. I would recommend 10/10 because they really are the best.

Mikayla is the most amazing Facialist. I joined for monthly facials after an incredible treatment. She carefully explains what she is doing, she is professional, gentle and very knowledgeable. The experience felt like a ‘Hollywood’ experience that you read about in magazines.
