UPDATE BELOW:
I had a clog in my main line going into the septic tank. This made the toilets unable to flush. The technician sat on a bucket and ran a snake into the septic tank . In total he was there less than 30 minutes. I was charged 584 dollars. 584 dollars to snake a drain......for less than 30 minutes. The tech was nice enough, but this is the definition of price gouging. No materials were used. The technician didn't break a sweat. There was nothing to trouble shoot or figure out. PRICE GOUGING is the nicest way I can describe what happened. I would have been better off purchasing the snake they used and doing it myself. UPDATE BELOW

Had a problem flushing my toilet and called. Ted the plumber with them came right over. He fixed the problem and was very efficient and also a very nice man. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.
Very punctual came out to our home to pump a septic tank did a very thorough job went above and beyond to get a broken lid out of out tank. Cleaned up the yard and talked to us about some options to prevent this from happening in the future. I would recommend him to anyone. This is the third time we have used this company from some rental properties and for our personal home. Very down to earth reg guy. With a great work ethic that is hard to find now days.
