I found Luz after spending almost 2 hours at another well-known local salon being told that I couldn't get highlights because I had previously used box dye to cover my grays. I was told my hair was damaged and that I would need multiple appointments to correct the damage before they could achieve the highlights I wanted.

I left feeling frustrated and honestly a little defeated. It was my only day off, I had already wasted so much time, and it was imperative that I get my hair colored that day.
