Wow - if I could give them 10 stars, I would! Let me just start by saying Tidwell is a wonderful company and we had such a great experience with them clearing out our septic tank.Our plumbing was backing up late yesterday afternoon and I called Tidwell. They were booked through the rest of the day and the next day (which would be today), however Janet in the office said she would keep us on a list and call if they could squeeze us in. Lo and behold a little after 8am today, they were on the way to rescue us. I am in the process of selling my house and the buyer requested that the septic system be serviced as part of the contract. I contacted Tidwell Plumbing on Monday and they came out on Tuesday to perform the service. I was very concerned about all the horror stories that I had heard about companies charging outrageous prices for additional services as a part of the septic pumping. Well I was pleasantly surprised and relieved when Jay and Jose came to do the work. I watched them during the entire process and they answered all my questions. They are the best company of you need any kind of plumbing or septic issue. They had the best Prices, Mr tidwell was so nice. Donald and Mike did the install and Donald had to come back to finish the smoothing out process and he really took his time and made my yard look awesome!
