“This company is excellent for customer service as well follow-through. We bought our unit 3 years ago. Last week, July 3 Ellijay experienced a power outage. When it came back on there was a power surge that blew out our compressor and all the freon. Cheshire dispatched a technician who was able to come the next morning (July 4th) and ordered a compressor. It was received yesterday and installed this morning. A rough week but we're happy for the additional great service. I truly suggest you call if you call them when in need .“
