Update 8/27/26:
The new owner from Cheshire reached out to me and offered to make things right. I agreed and he came out and did the original consultation along with a some other things that he did not charge me for. I feel I received well over the original fee in additional services. I think he is very conscientious and wants to provide quality work. I revised my rating to 5 stars and have no hesitation in recommending his company.

Fantastic experience, from start to finish. Cheshire Heating and Air exceeded my expectations. I was under a tight deadline. I let them know. They were to my place within about 20 minutes. The technician Kenny Smith was professional, kind and very knowledgeable. He went right to work on the problem and did a fantastic job! Then he continued to address other issues my home inspector had pointed out. He was fabulously, thorough and fast. He was so impressive, and the customer service was so impressive, I decided to make this my new ac company. Thank you Kenny & Cheshire Heating & Air.

Dom showed up 45 minutes after I called about my indoor unit and was very professional. He solved my issue within an hour, and also found a very small gas leak coming from a steel pipe very close to my unit! He’s a life saver and a great technician. Highly recommend this company.
