“I have had the privilege of becoming Dr. Shoshana’s patient almost two years ago when I moved to Atlanta for chiropractic school! As a chiropractic student myself I knew it was important to find a chiropractor to keep my spine health in check. I stumbled upon Live Well while researching offices in the Atlanta area. What drew me initially to Live Well was the variety of services offered in house! From chiropractic, to Pilates, to massage, the Purple House had it all! I have a complicated scoliosis and Dr. Shoshana has helped improve not only my back pain but my health in general! I could not have asked for a better doctor. Dr. Shoshana is patient, intelligent, kind, and creates a community within her office. To know her is to love her! Live Well is the place to be!“

“Inspire Health in Atlanta is one of the best things that came into my life. After many back surgeries I never thought I would find a program and team who would work with me so diligently to keep me healthy and back pain free. Definitely try out Inspire. You will be amazed and feel incredible.“

“Jennifer is amazing! She is very detail oriented, which I found out is extremely important as a Pilates instructor. If your form is not right, you don't get the benefits, and she makes sure to correct my form so I do the exercises correctly. If you are a private client, she will tailor the session exactly to your needs so you can progress and improve. She is very calm and when I get frustrated she does not take it personally. She has the perfect personality, training, and experience to do this job. I believe she this is her "calling".“

“I can not express enough how Sonya and her team took great care of me and my sister. Her recovery house absolutely beautiful. Sonya and her daughter were very knowledgeable of the procedures we were receiving. The post op massages omg….. My sister and I shared a room which included two queen beds and full bath very spacious. I will definitely recommend AlterEgo for your post opp care.“

“I recently completed the Romana's Pilates training program at Pilates of Dunwoody. This is the second training program I have experienced and the level of professionalism, knowledge and support here is outstanding. Holly effortlessly and humbly embodies the principles of the method and you can feel this in every aspect of the studio. The entire team of instructors here volunteered their time and knowledge to support me through my training. I would highly recommend choosing Pilates of Dunwoody as a training center to anyone interested in the profession.“

“Woah, what a workout. I'm a (trying to be consistent this time around) member of Classpass and really enjoy a good pilates class and figured I'd explore a few around the city and found my faves. And I ended up at solidcore one afternoon! This wasn't my first time at Pilates, but my first time at solidcore. I'm no pro by any means, but definitely a fan. Located in the Madison Yards shopping/retail area, solidcore is right next to a (free) parking deck and a few other fitness and beauty spots. The parking deck was super clutch as I didn't luck up on the great, but limited, spots right outside of the door. It was easy to park and walk only a few steps to class. So important if you're about to get your butt kicked in a pilates workout and need to hobble out to your vehicle, lol. Upon entry, there wasn't anyone at the front but I was obviously at the right place. I love that the door is actually locked and those signed up for class receive a code in advance. Love security measures to keep folks safe. It's an intimate space, so it was easy to see where to go and upon entry, I met with Sarah, our enthusiastic instructor. This class was packed, not a reformer was left out! I'll say that this was a great workout, but it wasn't for anyone who hasn't been to multiple solidcore classes, not even just pilates, Sarah was fantastic, but I absolutely noticed that I was the only person in the class who seemed to be new to solidcore. They do traditional pilates, but the dim lighting, the pacing, not for me. Being that I still consider myself a beginner because I don't immediately know the names of each move (like in Yoga) and because my body doesn't immediately flow into the movement because I'm still computing the instructions, lol, I was not on track with the others. I reallyyyyy wish I would have known it wasn't a beginners class or that it had been labeled as such on Classpass (idk if it is on their website, it very well may be). Luckily for me, I'm no quitter and I really don't even think there would have been a clear moment for me to slip out anyways lol. Sarah was kind, as at a few points when she saw that my form was incorrect she corrected me. I would have loved more guidance but don't blame that on Sarah in any way, as it really was dark in there and she had 6+ other students to pay attention to lol. But I'm big on getting my form right and found that to be a little struggle due to the pace and my usual 4-eyed self not having glasses and unable to see my form in the mirrors due to the lighting LOL. Very much, personal issues that I won't put on solidcore. Overall, a great class taught by Instructor Sarah and my body ached the next day in the best way. Although I had a good experience, I think I'll return once I have more consistent pilates classes under my belt so that I can keep up, or I'll be back when I can slip into a lower-level class until then!“

“I absolutely love this gym! I visited all of the lifetimes in the greater atlanta area, and even the midtown athletic club, but this concourse felt like home. If you’re someone who prefers working out with the latest equipment and likes a high intensity environment, this may not be the place for you. But, if you enjoy a plethora of good quality amenities, a wonderfully friendly staff (and patrons), and a more spa like feel, I would choose concourse. I can’t imagine myself not coming here!“

“This place has been on my bucket list for a while! I finally decided to give it a try for one of my new year goals and I really enjoyed it. The reviews I heard were no lie. I felt very welcomed by the staff and attendees . Tanya and Brande assisted me when needed and most importantly made sure I understood the purpose/technique in my pilates moves. Will be incorporating this into my wellness/fitness routine!“

“As a club Pilates member since 2017 in North Carolina and here, I was just reminded that Sherry, the manager at Toco Hills, is extraordinary. I had an issue with my membership that resulted in a huge misunderstanding. As soon as she was aware of what occurred she contacted me and everything was quickly resolved. I am extremely grateful for her kindness.“
