Inspire Health in Atlanta is one of the best things that came into my life. After many back surgeries I never thought I would find a program and team who would work with me so diligently to keep me healthy and back pain free. Definitely try out Inspire. You will be amazed and feel incredible.

I have had Wonderful online training experiences with Inspire Health and would recommend them for online workshops and trainings. I live in NJ so having the ability to train remotely is a win!

As a fully-certified Stott Pilates instructor, for more than 10 years, I only have praise for Alicia who teaches the virtual reformer classes on Fridays at noon. She offers modifications, is knowledgeable and creative. No two classes are alike! Join her Friday virtual class and get a great workout!
