Favorite hot mat studio! The policies are strict but the instructors are great! Danielle, Angelica, and Tiff are all my favorites! They will push you! But I take breaks when needed and they are still just as encouraging and supportive.

Started my Pilates journey here and have loved every minute of it! The instructors are kind, encouraging, and non-judgemental. I've been to several different classes (Emily, Jamie, Dani, Rudi, Miriam) and found them all very enjoyable. Each has their own style of teaching and exercise variation, with appropriate substitutions and add ons to accommodate unique needs. It's nice when only after a few visits they remember my name 😸 The Daily has small class sizes, which allows more availability of the instructor if assistance is needed. It's also a very calming environment, so there's less mental chaos while you're working out.

Great studio! The atmosphere is always welcoming and positive, which makes for a great place to start your day. All the instructors are super knowledgeable and encouraging. And the classes are consistently challenging. Highly Recommend!
