I absolutely love this place! Every time I come in for a class, it's always a challenge. The instructors are always so welcoming and motivate you during your class to ensure you that you can in fact do it! The studio is so calming and clean which I adore. I recommend this place to everyone I know!
I have had so many good workouts at this studio since joining in September of 2023. Without a doubt see teacher Tamar Waxman. She is so intricate in her approach, targeting muscles that I didn't even know I had! The results are incredible for 50 minute sessions. Love this place.
This place is fantastic! Excellent workout in a super clean space, and all the instructors are wonderful. You can tell they pay attention to detail to make sure each class is a great experience!
