Trang is a phenomenal Pilates instructor! She gives a challenging workout that makes you shake, sweat, and find muscles you didn't know you had, but her amazing vibe and killer playlist make it so much fun. I love the personalized one-on-one care, clear explanations, and hands-on adjustments she provides. Trang pushes you to achieve goals you didn't think were possible. She is truly the best!
