This place has been on my bucket list for a while! I finally decided to give it a try for one of my new year goals and I really enjoyed it. The reviews I heard were no lie. I felt very welcomed by the staff and attendees . Tanya and Brande assisted me when needed and most importantly made sure I understood the purpose/technique in my pilates moves. Will be incorporating this into my wellness/fitness routine!

Tanya and Brandé are so welcoming and supportive. The classes are great for building flexibility and strength. I love being part of this community of amazing women! Thank you Tanya and Brandé.

If I can give this place more than 5 stars I would! I went to my first class the other day and I felt so welcomed and comfortable. I’ve never done Pilates before but Brande was sooo sweet , attentive to all of us , and very helpful. She did not make me feel nervous or embarrassed at all. I’m joining their monthly package because I loved it so much ! You ladies keep up the good work. It’s also woman and blacked owned which is a plus that I love! Thanks to this place I will most def be a Pilates girlie.
