First time taking this class & I absolutely loved it! Kaneisha is a great instructor; she constantly checked with me to make sure I was not feeling any pain or discomfort (I have a back injury), she made modifications to the movements to ensure my safety and I appreciated that a lot. Will definitely be taking this class again soon!
I have been going to Brande and Tanya since the end of 2023. I take classes 1-3 times a week and look forward to each class. I’ve seen improvements in my core, my mobility, and my flexibility. Everyone is professional and truly cares about your health and happiness. The energy is always amazing and the vibes are on point. I recommend this place to everyone I meet....read full review
