Coming here is the highlight of my week!

Edited: I have since moved out of the Atlanta area and been to other pilates places, but none of them have been as good as Jimin. She is very detailed oriented, kind, and encouraging. In additional, the environment at Pilates of Dunwoody is warm and welcoming. I highly recommend it!

Her thoughtful approach and engaging teaching style helped me build strength and proper form with clear, patient guidance every session. I recently completed the Romana's Pilates training program at Pilates of Dunwoody. This is the second training program I have experienced and the level of professionalism, knowledge and support here is outstanding. Holly effortlessly and humbly embodies the principles of the method and you can feel this in every aspect of the studio. The entire team of instructors here volunteered their time and knowledge to support me through my training. I would highly recommend choosing Pilates of Dunwoody as a training center to anyone interested in the profession.
