“The Summit has potential with its location, but the HOA really drops the ball on upkeep. Leaves pile up on roofs for months, hedges are overgrown and messy, and the common areas (especially the pool) look rundown and neglected. HOA fees feel way too high for what you get—no real security, no meaningful amenities maintained, and no visible effort to improve things. We've had issues with basic exterior maintenance ignored despite requests. If you're considering buying here, factor in the extra costs and headaches—disappointing overall.“

“I am beyond happy with Walter’s grooming experience. The before and after truly speaks for itself. Walter went in looking a little scruffy and came out looking absolutely adorable, clean, and perfectly groomed.

His coat looks so healthy, his face is shaped beautifully, and they did an amazing job with his ears and overall trim without making him look overdone. Most importantly, Walter looks comfortable and happy, which tells me he was treated with care and patience.

It is clear the groomer takes their time to make sure each dog looks and feels their best. I am extremely picky about who touches my dog, and I finally found a groomer I trust completely.

“Everything about Club DiOGi is top tier. It is my belief you won't find a better place for your pup. I remember calling around to get information about programs and Club DiOGi was by far the most knowledgeable and friendly. After speaking with Emily I felt confident that in their abilities. PROS The staff is always engaging with all of the pups. It's amazing a skill. Lina is particularly great with this. There are cameras which allow you to see your pup's activities. I've seen Lina engage with multiple pups so no one gets left out. Side note; the staff are called Rufferees ( too cute) They have a curriculum for every group You won't find the staff standing around with their hands on their hips or arms folded talking to their coworker and ignoring the dogs ( I saw this a lot elsewhere) The process of making reservations is seamless. The Club has a portal that allows you to upload vaccination records and see anything that you would need to see related to the care of your pet. They also answer emails in a timely fashion. And because they offer boarding services someone is there 24 hours a day. You will notice that I listed pros and no cons because there really aren't any cons.“

“Tenasity is amazing! We got Dodge from a shelter and he was a handful. Not knowing where to turn, we were given a recommendation from our vet for Tenasity. So glad we made that phone call. From the minute we spoke with Stace, to the session we had with Gabe the next day, made us feel at ease. When dropping off Dodge, we met Marcos who was amazing from the minute he saw Dodge we instantly had some hope. Dodge was with Tenasity for two weeks and returned home today by Marcos. The progress he made in the short of time is amazing. Marcos was so professional the time he spent teaching us all of Dodges commands and the proper way do them is going to make all the difference in the world. We would highly recommend Tenasity to anyone.

“Scott is amazing. easy breezy kind of guy to talk to, not a clock watcher, really laser focused on my dog and my concerns. rescue dog, got him 5 yrs ago and he was just about perfect and then, 2 or more years ago, he developed a resource guarding issue. 8 lb dog but watch out if you got near his bowl. he could seriously hurt you. this was becoming a twice a day battle and exhausting. tried 1 other trainer and she was completely off track. Scott got a great review on Next Door. he offers a 30 minute complimentary conversation by phone. we spoke a bit about Schatzi's problem. he suggested a 3 visit pkg and i couldn't get my credit card out fast enough. from our conversation, i knew i was in good hands. what was really great about Scott was it wasn't a 1 size fits all fix. he offers advice in between scheduled visits, either on the phone or text, if needed. i took advantage of that because i didn't want to be 'off track' on my part of the training. he tweaked the training when something wasn't working. the amount of time he gave me was amazing and he basically completely transformed my dog. feeding time is low stress now. Schatzi still is not 100% there but definitely more than manageable and the aggression and guarding is gone. this guy knows his stuff and Schatzi was putty in his hands. if you're ready to give up, don't, call Scott.“

“Karen Smalley worked wonders with our 3 year old cockapoo who was needing to learn some commands to help him to behave more appropriately and feel more in control of his own impulses — he spent two weeks board training with Karen and I’m amazed at the progress! His nervousness around strangers is dramatically reduced and his ability to begin to truly master commands such as down, stay and spin amazed me. Karen has a calm, intuitive bead on a dog’s mind and psyche, and her positive reinforcement techniques resonated really well with our dog’s intelligent & sensitive nature. So happy to have found Karen!“
