Michelle is consistently kind and helpful at pickup, and I was so happy to see Raya there as well. He had worked at our previous daycare and I adored him there, as well. The whole staff creates such a positive, caring environment.
I also really appreciate the grooming services—they’re affordable, well done, and my dog always comes home smelling great. On top of that, the special events and themed activities are such a fun touch. From holiday photos to arts and crafts days (my mother's day gift with his paw print was a wonderful surprise), they go above and beyond to make the experience memorable for both pets and their owners.

He was very responsive and immediately set up a free evaluation and gave honest feedback about what was possible. He left the training options up to me with no pressure and realistic expectations. I ended up doing a 3 week board and train. Daniel was very communicative with messages and video updates on his progress. He takes a very individualized approach to training tools and methods. Just got aidan back and already he is more responsive!
