“I have very bad knees and have trouble walking. I have a very strong, and very excitable Golden Retriever that needed his rabies shot. I stayed in the car with him and a young man came out to take him into the vet for me. He got his shot and then the young man also took him back out to the car for me. I've been going to East Paulding for many years and you don't know how much I appreciate that. Everyone in the office including, the veterarians, have been very friendly and helpful.“

“As a veterinarian myself, I take my own cat, Brock Lee, to see Dr. Milby for acupuncture—and my only regret is not starting sooner. Dr. Milby and the entire staff are incredibly compassionate and caring. After each session, Brock Lee is noticeably more relaxed and playful. If your pet is still experiencing pain despite other medications, I highly recommend giving acupuncture a try.“

“We’ve had a great experience with Cat Care Hospital. Our first cat was declawed and neutered here over two years ago and is still perfectly healthy, which made us comfortable bringing our second cat. After a lot of failed attempts to train him not to claw in the house, we decided this was the best option since he’ll be an indoor cat. The process with them was so easy and they got him scheduled for surgery the next week which was much appreciated since he started to spray everywhere too. They kept me updated every day on how he was doing even over the holidays and were so nice the whole time.“

Chipper loves her and immediately calms down when she entered the room. The front office staff was so kind and friendly and made accommodations for my grumpy old man. “My veterinarian retired but I continued using his office for the life of that pet. Now I have a new puppy and wanted to find a more conveniently located veterinarian. Dr Joyce and her staff are polite, efficient, and willing to answer or find the answers to my questions. I appreciate the ability to purchase meds(heart worm etc...) monthly or multiple months at the time to accommodate if needed. My puppy is a bit skiddish and somewhat shy. They have been gentle and patient with him and we have had a great experience!“

“I would highly recommend Master Christian! Seven years ago he trained 3 of my dogs. He has always been professional, kind, and helpful. I have since move to NC and have a new dog.I traveled 5hrs to bring my new dog to him for training. Upon pick up, he took the time to work with me and my daughter before we got back on the road.“

“Kind staff. Friendly and knowledgeable Vets. Highly recommend. Although, I tried to fill a Rx they gave me with the company Chewy and Chewy rep told me they couldn't confirm the Rx with the Vet. I was told that I would have had to physically mail in the Rx to Chewy in order to get it filled. Seemed like a lengthy process considering it's 2024 and technology has advanced. But i'd still go back to Ark anytime my dog has an issue.“

“Dropped fur baby off for 6-day stay at high recommendation of a friend. The team took great care of our fur baby. Grooming instructions were followed and he was healthy, playful and happy at pickup.

Policies were clearly communicated. Standard requirements for vax records to ensure everyone's safety. Not too particular about how food was packaged -- which was appreciated (ie, bulk vs daily). Will visit again.“
