My dogs are rescues and definitely have some personality quirks and they have always worked with me to make sure they feel as comfortable as they can around everyone that’s in the room. “The staff here are very friendly and the office is clean. They did a great job with my dog. They were thorough with their examination and gave me the option to do his exam in the room or the back lab area. They explained findings in detail and took the time to answer all of my questions. I got blood work results within minutes. The Vet even took the time to do some online research into questions that I had and print out some helpful findings. Their prices were great and I would definitely return if needed.”

“I’m a repeat customer of Happy Cat Hotel after moving to Georgia in 2024. I searched for an all cat boarding facility and found this really special place. Rowdy K does very well when he stays at the hotel and the grooming services are excellent. He is a large long hair kitty and he looks great after his full groom. I recommend this business!”

“This review is long overdue. I’ll start with what matters most to whoever is reading this- this team is the absolutely best veterinary team I have ever encountered. I recommend them to everyone I know with a pet- friends, coworkers, neighbors. If they aren’t the closest location to you I promise they are worth the drive.<br><br>I found them in 2022 when my senior lab had previously been diagnosed with Cushings Disease. I had been to all the other vets in the area and as his symptoms progressed they all just kept doing the same thing, increasing his steroid dose. Finally I knew the dose they were suggesting was doing more harm than good and so I looked into alternatives. I’m so lucky I found Loving touch.<br><br>From the first appointment the team was wonderful. A complete 180 from every other vet. They take SO much time with you, they never rush you. They offer the perfect blend of traditional veterinary medicine and alternative treatments like herbs, acupuncture and chiro. Thanks to them, I had my pup for longer and more importantly- he was comfortable and happy for longer.<br><br>I started bringing my other adult pup- a Staffy here as well. He had the typical Staffy skin issues his entire life. He was a highly reactive dog to other pups and they handled it wonderfully. They’d let us wait in the car or outside until the coast was clear for us to go to our exam room. Not to mention- the techs would occasionally call me out of the blue just to check in on them both! I’ve never experienced a team that genuinely cared so much, from the doctors to the techs to the front desk team- everyone is beyond great.<br><br>Over the years unfortunately we have had to put our senior pups down and I cannot stress enough how kind the team was. They made what was the 2 worst days of our lives bearable through their grace and empathy.<br><br>We have another 3-4 year old pitty now who is a Shelter pup and scared of the world who we continue to bring to loving touch and they continue to treat her wonderfully.<br><br>For anyone who is either exasperated with hitting a wall at their current veterinary situation or just someone looking to get established with the most wonderful vet- I can’t recommend this team enough.”

“Our dog Olive is currently staying at the Johns Creek location and the staff here are wonderful. They have answered all our questions thoroughly as first time boarders. Olive is on the silver package with custom play because she prefers humans over other dogs and they have been very attentive to her to make sure she gets attention still. I’d like to specifically mention that Liz, Kat and Han have been great with Olive and very helpful! I would recommend Puppy Haven for your boarding needs.”
“I just want to give the biggest THANK YOU to the groomer, JayeCee. I came in, knowing that given the change in season that my German Shepherd, Scout, would need a de-shed and a bath - the amount of hair is crazy! JayeCee proposed as well that she could give Scout a “breed cut” which I didn’t even think my GSD needed grooming. BOY WAS I WRONG! I was so HAPPY with the way that my boy came back to me! His ears and chest were cleaned up, the “pantaloons” or back of his legs were so neat!! And she gave him the cutest rainbow bandana! 10/10 recommend her if you are in the area!”

“We have a one-year old puppy who is very anxious about anything new that enters his world, i.e., our home, yard, etc. We love our puppy so much, but no matter how hard we tried, we were not able to help him become less anxious. Through a Google search, I found Pups to Pooches LLC. Our behaviorist/trainer is Ann Lewis, and I cannot tell you what a difference she has made in our lives. She initially did a 90 minute consultation with us, and she instantly connected with our puppy and our family--I knew that Ann was what we had been searching for. Ann talked to us about what she saw as she observed our puppy, and his interactions with our family and with her. Ann demonstrated games to play to help our puppy be more self confident. She sent us video clips of herself performing these exercises with her own dog, and other dogs that she has worked with who have been able to overcome their fears. She also recommended toys to play with as well. She comes to our home, where our dog is most comfortable, and spends time with us every two weeks, for the time being, and observes our puppy's (and family's) progress. Our puppy has come so far, and we know that we have found someone who can partner with us to help our puppy be his best self. I highly recommend Pups To Pooches LLC!”

I called in to let them know we were going out the country and that my pet sitter was given their contact.<br>And was trying to find out if I need to put my CC in file. He was obviously not having a good day, he told me he had to go .. seems he was not interested in hearing me out. This actually is the second time he has been so snippy..”
