The groomers are fantastic and always keep my Saint Bernards looking in tip top shape. However the front desk staff leave a bit to be desired if I’m putting it politely. I just picked up the younger of my 2 dogs from her appointment and it took the guy, Jeff, almost 30 minutes to bring her out to me even though I only showed up once I was informed she was finished. He spent that time bringing out 3 different dogs in hopes that one of them was mine. I even heard him quietly ask the last one, “is that your owner?”, almost out of panic or something. A Saint Bernard, especially one that is 120lbs is not a difficult dog to locate.

Cleanliness was notably appreciated of the area and building, easy registration process while still being thorough, and highly accessible for me and my busy schedule. The entire team deserves praise.

I wish I could rate Lucky and Lady with ten gold stars! I am beyond satisfied with the service I received today for my babies Nino & Cooper! I appreciate the level of professionalism shown among the staff and how welcomed I felt when me and my pups arrived. I'm blown away by how they look, how they feel, and how they smell! I'm so glad to be back!
