“Dr. Heard and his staff have exceeded my expectations and I am very pleased with them as my puppy's vet! During the exam Dr. Heard is very informative and so friendly with my puppy Milky, you can really tell that it is very important for him and his staff that Milky is comfortable and happy and not afraid of her vet visit. He also makes you feel secure that your pet is in good hands. What really stood out to me is that Dr. Heard really wants you as the pet owner to understand exactly what he is doing and involves you in your pets examination by explaining every single thing he does and by letting you help calm your pet during uncomfortable moments for the puppy like vaccinations. I have never seen a vet with such great bedside manner and I am so happy my puppy feels comfortable at the vet. Everyone is so kind and helpful and you can tell they all really love what they do. I would recommend Dr. Heard to anyone!“

“Scott is THE MAN!! I’m translating through my pups right now “We miss you Uncle Scott”…In all seriousness since Scott has been working with our dogs they have shown so much adjustment, learning, and calmness. We have a Yorkie who is years old and a Shih Poo who is 3 months and Scott used his magic on them during our first training and they have not looked back since! The session the tips and guides that he gave us we stuck to it and kept the training going with the daily activities and logs he provided us with to use after our sessions. He was very punctual with the scheduling and availability and constantly reminded us that he was just a phone call away! I know we will be keeping in touch with Scott and it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Another plus is that they are super active with Instagram so I love seeing their new posts for pictures of my baby! “I am SO happy with Titanz K9 training. I had a phone consult with another popular company before Daniel’s, but I just didn’t connect with their method or the trainer I was speaking to. I immediately trusted Daniel and his expertise and training style and I love that he has experience training police dogs. My 9 month old puppy (she was dumped and rescued so not sure of her previous history but training obviously was not part of it) did the board and train for a week and she has come LIGHTYEARS from where she was, including basic skills and also addressing her reactions around other dogs and overstimulating situations. Daniel sent me regular video updates of her progress and is super direct and educational in what needs to happen to continue her growth and training. “We found Tenasity through Adopt a Golden as our rescued dog was having some behaviorial and obedience challenges. We had a 1-hour call with the lead instructor Gabe and made the difficult decision to send her to a board and train program for 2 weeks. During the screening call, we were comforted that Gabe understood the challenges we were having AND would be able to help. It wasn't an inexpensive option but we were in need of help and support- as the 2 weeks came and went, Gabe suggested that our dog needed 1 more week- while we weren't initially pleased with needing to do that, we knew we were investing in the 10+ year future we had with her.She came back a changed dog - she is listening to her commands, being a great member of the house, and playing very nicely with her older dog sister. To be clear, this is not without a tremendous amount of effort on our part to reinforce what she learned with the trainers (Gabe/Marcus) - that said, they created a foundation for us to build upon and literally every person that comes over / runs into us has commented on how different of a dog she is - positively. While it's only been a few weeks at home with her post training, we are most optimistic than ever about her future here and greatly recommend Gabe/Marcus/Team to any and all in need - we're happy with the investment and know that it'll only go up from here.“

“The vet and staff were great and very nice and accommodating. Though the wait times could be a little long at times, they did their best to get patients in and out in a timely manner. My cats had an upper respiratory infection and after giving them medication prescribed by the vet, they got better in just a few days. They were also affordable. I would highly recommend.“

“The vets and techs are all so patient and caring! I brought in a stray cat who'd never been to the vet before, and she freaked out on them, and they reacted so calmly and compassionately and let her "hide" for a while and take her time coming to them. Also highly knowledgeable and explained everything really well to me. And open on weekends??? Can't recommend this place highly enough. They really do treat pets like people. ❤️“
“OMG, y’all! This is the BEST place to take your pet! I needed boarding services on very short notice and they worked with me to make sure I had a safe place to board our sweet little dog. They require a day of free daycare, before you board with them the first time, so they can see your pet’s temperament around other dogs. So, keep that in mind if you’re a new customer who needs boarding. Everyday that my hairy human is in their care, I get a report card of at least one of her outings. I had no idea they did this but I absolutely love it! We also had a personalized “Welcome” greeting the first day we boarded with them! It was such a sweet, personal touch that made me feel like we were special clients! The staff seem to love their jobs and that makes me feel more at ease leaving such an important member of my family in their care. I would definitely recommend using their boarding services to anyone!“

“Took my cat there and she had blood in her urine they told me it was stress. I took her another Veterinary and my cat had bladder stones. They also told me that she needed her teeth clean she doesn't. Beware of this place...“
