“The Summit has potential with its location, but the HOA really drops the ball on upkeep. Leaves pile up on roofs for months, hedges are overgrown and messy, and the common areas (especially the pool) look rundown and neglected. HOA fees feel way too high for what you get—no real security, no meaningful amenities maintained, and no visible effort to improve things. We've had issues with basic exterior maintenance ignored despite requests. If you're considering buying here, factor in the extra costs and headaches—disappointing overall.“

Dr. Jodi Nichols was wonderful during our appointment: very thorough and did a great job with making my skittish older rescue girl feel at ease. “I initially had an issue understanding where my pup’s prescriptions were being sent, as CVS kept saying they didn’t have them on file, which was not accurate. After sharing my concerns, the team reached out to listen, validate the issue, and work to prevent it from happening again. I really appreciate how seriously this practice takes feedback and how they go above and beyond to find solutions. Dr. Annie and her team also take the extra time to coordinate with my pup’s neurologist regarding medications, which shows how much they truly care about their clients and pup patients. I had to take my cat to Animal Furist as a new patient when I noticed he wasn't feeling well. I was able to make a same-day appointment, which I’m incredibly grateful for. Unfortunately, unbeknownst to me, he had severe kidney failure and had to be put down. Dr. David was truly wonderful—so kind, patient, and compassionate during an incredibly difficult time. He was thoughtful in his explanation of his condition and allowed me all the time I needed to say goodbye, even though he had to stay behind two hours after closing time. I can’t thank him and the staff enough for the care and empathy they showed.

On a happier note, I recently took my other cat there for an annual exam and was once again blown away by how Dr. David and his staff care for the animals. I can't recommend Animal Furist enough!“

Is a wonderful caring doctor. ?She takes time to talk to each of the pet owners who are always nervous when they have to bring their pets in for their yearly exams because the dogs are already agitated. I highly recommend Belle isle animal Hospital, especially Dr. Brandt. ?She is caring and patient and just a fabulous ?advocate for my fur babies. Scooby and Smokey don’t like to go to the vets but when they have to for yearly shots and exams she always takes amazing care of them. The staff is fabulous ?“

“The staff is very friendly, the facility is very clean, and each appointment is very speedy! I've never been to such an efficient vet. I have been three times recently, and each time, I've been in and out within 30 minutes without a wait. This place is great!“
