The trainers are exceptional — Rolo, Kati, Ricardo, and Camila bring energy, professionalism, and genuine care to every session. They push you to do your best while making sure form, safety, and encouragement are always front and center. You really feel supported no matter your fitness level.

A special mention to Miguel, who does an outstanding job leading the team and creating such a welcoming, high-performance environment. His leadership shows in the culture and consistency of the studio.
