“Great workouts, motivating.The coaches are great, they consistently help in choosing the right weights, postures and motivate.I guess the only feedback would be to have less complexity to some workouts since learning a workout and doing it in a minute which has multiple complexities might not be great.“

“Definitely gets its fair amount of usage. Somewhat clean, bathrooms need a thoughough cleaning, sauna is always filthy.
Update gym is much cleaner, new cleaning staff is walking around doing a good job with the equipment side. However, sauna is still disgusting. I think there is black mold growing along the base of the floor.
Gym is definitely improving with good operational machinery. Bathrooms are better some members could use a hygiene class most are friendly and clean though.“
