Exercise RX is a tailored prescription to your fitness. Johnathan takes the time to assess individual needs to offer you what’s best for you. He is very knowledgeable and thorough, ensuring you get the most out of it safely. I have a hip injury, and Johnathan addresses the weakness to strengthen the surrounding muscles. He or Yasmeen demonstrate each stretch and exercise, remaining on the floor for the entire session.Johnathan gives homework that is specific to your personal needs. Excellent gym, worked with me for a month to get back into shape during a rough stage of chemo/post surgeries. Superb, customized approach that works well with any skill level. Gym was clean with all the equipment needed for a session - highly recommend.
