“Wonderful experience overall. They were running a special promotion, so our cats’ dental cleanings were free, and we only paid for extractions, anesthesia, and bloodwork. This made care for our two senior fur babies very reasonable—each dental (including anesthesia and pre-anesthesia bloodwork) came out to around $500 per pet. Becky at the front desk was incredibly kind and even gave us a few cans of wet food for our cat who had a tooth extracted. She also waived the credit card fee for us!
We also appreciated that Miami Animal Clinic has an in-house lab. Our cats needed blood work before anesthesia, and unlike other clinics that require a separate visit, everything was handled in a single appointment. The staff was patient, professional, and easy to work with.
I’m giving four stars instead of five only because I would have liked a bit more explanation around the dental findings and recommended extractions. Overall, though, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend them for convenient, kind and reasonably priced care.”
