After my dog had a first time seizure, I took him to the ER where they reached out to SEVN. They quickly called me to assess the situation. They had him come in for emergency evaluation with the neurologist. This was on a Sunday by the by the way. They quickly checked us in. Obtained records. Constantly kept me updated throughout the day. Dr. DePompa was very kind and knowledgeable. I won’t lie, the cost is steep but my pup is family and I’d do it again without a second thought.
I had a good experience with the team at SEVN - although several wait times to be seen / for next steps were quite long. Doctor seemed very competent. Everyone was very friendly. Cost of visit and X-rays was reasonable, much less so for Rx and MRI (did not do MRI due to prohibitive cost + very old age of my cat). Still no solution for my old kitty, but ruled out a number of possible issues.
