On January 29, I went to the emergency room with my cat Lara. I received and found excellent professional and human attention in this place, many thanks to Dr. Rafael and Miss Naima, I recommend this place with all admiration and respect. Something that is not easily found in Miami. Grateful. My Lara is in heaven but she left happy and loved

Rafael and Dr. Paez have done it again. Incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and they put your pets first. Tonight my dog hurt her arm very badly, and they let me come in right before they were about to close. They stayed with me 40 minutes after close to make sure my dog was ok—they took their time to help me, and it means the world. These people are so trustworthy and loving—it brought me so much relief to know I could go to them late at night for an unexpected emergency!!! Very very fair pricing as well and so up front about what the costs will be, which is rare for vets. Please don’t hesitate to take your pet here because I am blown away by them again after 4.5 years...read full review

This is the second time I have been here. I am grateful by how kind everyone is. My dog had to have emergency surgery and everyone was empathetic to my feelings of being scared for my dog. Nahima - thank you for making me feel at ease about my dogs situation, Christian - thank you for making my dog feel less scared, George - thank you for making sure Khloe was taken care of, Rafael - thank you for being the shining light and making me laugh. Of course to Doctor Castro for taking care of Khloe but most importantly for hiring the staff you have.❌⭕️❌⭕️ From Luciana & Khloe
