Dr. Alain Torres has helped our dog Luna with so much care and attention, including all the staff at the office at Palmetto Animal Clinic! Our family is forever grateful to the medical attention they've given our fur baby.
I was very happy with the treatment of the girls who serve the customer, they are very attentive and professional. The office is very clean and they have a very organized system. Dr. Torres-Oliver is very professional and very experienced. The doctor's assistant was also very professional, patient, and explained in detail the tests that the doctor had recommended, without any pressure. The doctor was very patient with my Frenchie, I was surprised how well behaved he was since he is not very friendly. The Dr. and Assistant knew how to handle it very well. I've been with Dr. Oliver for YEARS! He ACTUALLY CARES about animals and your PET! He focuses on learning about your pet and their behaviors, Dr. brings his knowledge and experience. He has immediate resources for various types of imaging and pet surgeons when needed in the most difficult times with your pet.
