“I am beyond happy with my experience here!!! My girl has a vet that I'm happy with, but she needed a complicated surgery that her vet had never performed. I called Quail Roost, and they informed me that the vet does perform it but had to evaluate her first. They are SO great!!! Everyone is so nice! Dr. Guerrero is amaaaziiing! He took me to the back the first day, showed me her X-rays, and explained the procedure. I called to schedule the surgery, and they fit me in right away. They said I could call during the day to check on her, and they called me as soon as she was out of surgery to let me know she was ok. When I went to pick her up, both the staff and the vet explained the meds and gave me instructions. Dr. Guerrero took me to the back to show me new X-rays and go into detail about why her surgery was complicated. I was freaking out, but he sounded so confident that I felt reassured that she was in good hands. Dr. Guerrero is very knowledgeable and empathetic. Afterwards, he carried my fat girl to the car and placed her down gently. He performed a tail amputation and a spay, and I'm very satisfied with the results.
