“I have used a number of health clubs over the years. Genesis Brownwood is the best. My introductory training session was disappointing, probably due to a communication issue. management set up a second introductory session. I came away from the second session with exactly the information I need for a workout routine. I am very impressed with the way my issue was resolved. The staff are all professional and friendly.”

“I’ve been a member of the gym since the beginning. Debbie has always gone above and beyond to help her members feel welcome and at home.”
