Large Fitness Center with free weights, nautilus, cable machines and cardio equipment. They have fitness programs for basically all ages. They have a seniors workout group, Silver Sneakers. Extremely friendly staff, who are very knowledgeable and are always willing to help.

This is the best gym in the area for sure!! When I walk for the door i am ready to tackle the iron like it's my last training session. The staff members really feel like family to me!! I recommend this gym to anybody.

This gym and its staff have become our second family. Personal trainers are dedicated, caring without being soft, and willing to work with any limitations you might have to still get the most effective work-out. Tons of equipment, lots of classes, and several different types of rooms (weights, cardio, classroom, aerial yoga, etc). Wide range of clientele, so you can find your niche, or go it alone. We love this place!
