Now That's what I call Great customer service. I want to thank you Kim for making me feel welcome in your establishment. Thank you for the wonderful tour that you gave me and all the information that you gave me about the area in regards to the spiritual needs that I have. I really appreciate. And I am definitely going to recommend this place whether your local or whether you're just passing through as a truck driver who needs to get some stress off they have 24/7 access to this gym. “Loved my experience at this gym! Smaller than other commercial gyms but has so many machines and workout equipment. I was visiting in town and used it twice. If I lived here, I would buy a membership. Great experience!“

“Large Fitness Center with free weights, nautilus, cable machines and cardio equipment. They have fitness programs for basically all ages. They have a seniors workout group, Silver Sneakers. Extremely friendly staff, who are very knowledgeable and are always willing to help.“
