Just bought a townhouse with separate carriage house. Followed recommendation of Realtor friend and called Lawson to look both HVAC systems over. Beside testing everything, Justin was willing to explain the systems to me since we’re from Michigan and have different equipment for weather there. Will be setting up twice a year maintenance to keep system running right through cooling and heating seasons.
Technicians were able to come out to my house and assess the problem with my old AC system and replace it with a new system within a week from me first contacting them. Everyone I spoke/worked with was very kind, professional, and helpful.
