My AC system quit cooling in June. Any added refrigerant only lasted a few days. I sought multiple quotes, and, because timing was so critical, I went with one of the best prices that also had the quickest turn-around time. Most companies were not available to install for several WEEKS.
High Quality Heating and Air were able to install the new system the Monday after I contacted them on Friday. They were professional and thorough, and the new system installation was completed within a few hours. I highly recommend them and commend them for their commitment to their customers.

Needed a replacement HVAC system (heat pump and air handler). Went with High Quality Heating and Air after speaking to a half dozen competitors. Spoke with Marty (owner) directly on the project. He led the install. 40+ years of experience. Quality and trustworthy work, fair price, plus they registered the warranty for me. Highly recommended to anyone needing HVAC work in Tallahassee and surrounding area.

High Quality was referred to us 7 years ago August by one of the bigger AC firms when we needed an AC replacement quickly (sick elderly person was in the house). They got us set up within a day (took a few days of adjusting the unit to have it working properly.)
Unit worked great until today thermostat went blank and AC stopped. They had someone out to our house within an hour to track down problem to burned out wire in the condensation pump. Quick, friendly service and reasonable rate. AC was back up in less than an hour. Highly recommend.
