They have been used for emergency situations on the weekend, with a fair weekend/holiday fee. The team is great, knowledgeable, efficient, kind, and polite. They offer sales and installation for new construction and existing residential or commercial properties, plus reliable service, maintenance, refrigeration, and duct cleaning. One customer’s AC quit blowing on a hot Saturday, and Craig called back within a few minutes, arriving in 30 minutes and having it back up and running. Another had the AC quit blowing at night, and Danny came out first thing, found and fixed the issue within an hour at a fair price. A family with a two-year-old and six-month-old got quick help on a weekend, with Logan getting them up and running with a quick fix while waiting for a part. Out of four companies called on a hot holiday weekend, Falstreaux was the only one that responded, arriving in 30 minutes and fixing the unit in another 30. Customers are truly thankful and won’t use anyone else now.

They had already discussed the problem between themselves before even showing up! Went right to where they thought the problem was and fixed it! House is cold, thermostat is working they were fast, efficient, and honest and most importantly for those of us on a fixed income, did not cost us $16,000! Absolutely will tout their services to everyone.
Above and beyond! We’d been down with a broken AC all week, getting the run around from another company on parts. Amber stepped in and saved the day! Got us same day parts and service, and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of.
