It was 95 degrees out and I called Falstreaux to fix my HVAC. They sent a guy out for a free diagnosis. Now it being Friday and 1 hour before closing they diagnosed the problem but seemed rushed to get home also (turned out to not be the problem) and also they didn’t have parts readily available. Would not have fixed it until the next week. This was not acceptable.

Robbie is an excellent tech for Cook's AC - he explained things as he did his tasks, as I am very inquisitive and appreciated his input. He did a thorough job and I would welcome him in the future. Thanks!

Mr. Paul was extremely nice when he came to our faculty to fix our AC I highly recommend.
