He quickly cleared a clogged drain, explained everything clearly, and even took a moment to give one of my outdoor cats some love—which I truly appreciated. “We will never use another A/C company, ever!. Butler not only answer their phones, they are professional and very knowledgable. They are fairly priced and they did a fantastic job on our new outdoor unit. We had gotten a few estimates. They were not the lowest or the highest. But, they were very reasonable. Another company quoted us 4,000 over Butler which we thought was ridiculous.
We chose Butler because of their reputation. They were backed up with installations so we had to wait a few days, but they installed a portable unit in our bedroom which helped a lot.
On the day of they install, they showed up on time and stayed from 9 am to 6:30 pm when they were finished. They removed everything old and cleaned up very nicely. They had to tear down a wall and replace old ducts, but they were very professoinal about it and continued until the job was done. VERY good crew. Scott dealt with us from the moment he gave us the estimate until the job was complete. The two guys that did the installation worked hard througout the day in the heat under our home and even through Florida afternoon showers. If you want professional, trustworthy and experience, choose Butler. My kudos to all of them. We are extremely happy with the outcome.“
