This family owned and operated company is THE BEST! I had been having a heat problem for awhile and dealing with a “big” company for my issues who really never fixed it! Josh from HB came out….. diagnosed the problem…. got the part, installed it….and shazaaasm problem solved! And at a verrry reasonable price!! Waaaaay less than what the “big” company was going to charge! And while he was here he checked the entire unit! Honest, dependable and a very nice company to do business with. THANK YOU!

I usually do not write reviews , however I felt the need to give this company a great review as well as thank them for helping my mom . They have a customer for life!In a nutshell, My elderly mother was quoted $1000 by another company who was looking to replace parts that were not broken and flat out lying to her about her warranty. Josh came in and fixed her unit on the spot and charged her $250 . Thank you for you help and your honesty, it was deeply appreciated !Service: HVAC system repair

2nd time using HB heat and air, both times I called they were quick to come out and check my ac unit without trying to sell me something that I didn’t need, I have referred them to friends and they have been happy with their service as well
