My AC went down tonight. I called several companies that have so called 24/7 service. Some don’t answer and the ones that do have an AI deal made to talk like an actual human. Nobody could come out. I called Avalon and an actual human took my call. She stated a tech could be at my home in 30 minutes. She lied! He was there in 20 minutes. He had my AC running in less than 10 minutes. Two actual professional HUMANS at 11:30 at night. I now have a new AC company. Steve the tech. Was AWESOME. Thank you Avalon for the phenomenal service. See you soon for my maintenance service.
