Hello, definitely a great experience. These folks were highly recommended by a close friend that preceded my move to Sebring by 5 years and we are so glad we reached out for our maintenance needs. From the first contact because the main unit had failed during after hours and they were here fairly quickly. The AC was up and running in no time.
We followed up w a call for regular maintenance to both units and again they responded quickly and their service application kept up up to date on the appt as well as arrival time.
All the work done during the maintenance was explained and very professionally.
And as a last kudos, they were very fair in pricing compared to… read full review
I called and spoke to Andy, who takes care of my dad’s a/c unit. My a/c had stopped working. He showed up after hours, within the hour and had my a/c working properly within that hour as well. He’s super knowledgeable, friendly and a perfectionist at his job, which is a breath of fresh air!
His price was beyond reasonable! I’m very happy I now have him in my contact list for any future A/C jobs.
We are new to the area and during our move we realixed from the next app that the air conditioning had not been working for about a week. My husband found K-Sof through the high ratings and outstanding reviews. They have been great—responding immediately and got us back in business within a couple of hours! We feel fortunate to have them as a resource and have them lined up to do some preventative work also. Highly recommend…responsive and great at what they do!
