Jose and Edson arrived on time to perform a yearly service check on my HVAC system. When I called to schedule an appointment I received great customer service and was able to take advantage of a special pricing discount being offered for a limited time. Jose and Edson were very polite-thorough in their inspection-very respectful of property and explained everything they inspected. They also informed me of a program Advance offers & a suggestion to improve the longevity of my nearly 5 year old unit. Stellar employees!!

Todd and James came today (Wed. 1/3/2024) to install my new air conditioner unit. They were extremely nice and answered all the silly questions I had. This installation was not easy because of the unit they were replacing and the location of the unit. They were careful and did a great job. They cleaned up the mess and gave me clear instruction on how to use the thermostat. When Mike came out to give me an estimate, he went over the choices and explained what the different units would provide. I highly recommend Advanced Air Systems of Highlands if you want a dependable and knowledgeable company.
