Branca's representative Nick inspected our home and discovered several ducts disconnected. He pointed out that the loose duct was allowed the unit to suckup leaves and other matter. Nick re connected the separated sections and sealed them. He moved the main unit on its support allowing for better ventilation.A Lot for one day and we can feel the difference in the air now coming out of the unit.Still to do: a clean up of the coils and a checkout the main unit.I'm truly impressed with Nicks trouble shooting and repair. Been using Brancas service for around 25 years and they've always been professional and fair to us. Techs are always courteous and helpful. Lately my old ac broke Sunday night, called Monday morning and had new ac installed and running Monday afternoon!
